Dukan Diet Recipe

Update: The Dukan Diet Recipe Book is almost now. Hundreds of recipes adapted in support of the UK and English palette using ingredients with no trouble found in UK shops and supermarkets.

I am asked by a number of of the group to whom I conference approaching the diet: What recipes figure out you control in support of the Dukan diet?

Now, honestly, I am not someone who seeks to have a contemporary dish all day of the week. I don't mind repeating my favourite recipes especially if they piece well within the diet. I love to cook and I Intrusive cook something so in attendance is veto limit to what did you say? I might cook as long as it fits in to the constraints of the diet. So now are a number of ideas based on what did you say? We have. Guaranteed to be lovely ;-)

* For the Pure Protein parts of the significance loss time:

Breakfast
Oat fiber pancake (Dukan Galette) + Fried egg + Smoked salmon + bar of 0% cream cheese.
Or Oat fiber pancake + 2 egg omelette within herbs and 0% cream cheese.

Lunch
Fried fish and frozen seafood mix within scallops (spiced within interleave, curcumin and basil).
Or Grilled chicken within basil and interleave and small onion
Or Mimosa challenging boiled eggs (yolk miscellaneous within 0% cream cheese, a little unbroken grain mustard and curcumin) served within 2% chicken or washout ham.

Dinner
Grilled clean steak.
Or Poached fish within onion and herbs.
Or Fried fresh fish within prawns (tabasco, curry,or low salt soy sauce flavouring).
Or Grilled breast of chicken or washout within onion and chicken liver (with miscellaneous herbs and pepper).
Or Turkey breast (cut into strips) within onion and curry spice or soy sauce.
Or support venison or beef simmer (onion and herbs) simmered until tender and so therefore miscellaneous within a pair of spoons of 0% cream cheese.
Or support milled beef  (less than 5% fat) in a simmer or Become into hamburgers ( in support of hamburgers, add an egg, a little oat fiber and herbs).


* For the Protein and Vegetable parts of the significance loss time:

We have the meals exceeding, but add fresh tomatoes within eat and banquet, Gem Squash (a curved and multinational squash from South Africa), Butternut Squash and emerald beans. A little leeks Intrusive be added to the stews or fried chicken.


* Drinks: Tea and coffee anytime (aspartame sweetener and read quickly milk). Lots of fill with tears and lots of Diet Coke (Coke Light) or aspartame sweet flavoured fill with tears (Taillefine).

* Snacks: Surimi sticks or 2% chicken or washout ham. (don't persuade the reduced surimi within tons of starch and salt).

* Flavouring: I control lost 1 kg on norm all 5 days and I admit I often control a dollop of natural ketchup or HP Sauce (brown sauce). I suppose it's fine as long as you don't overdo it. I haven't found light ketchup until I went shopping these days in a indigenous Bio store. I'll try it not at home and see to it that what did you say? It's like.


Check not at home the food make a list in the Dukan books and promote to your own recipes within what did you say? You Intrusive have. We rarely persuade bored within this type of food and vary the meals within altered combinations of spices and herbs.


Our kids are not on Diet and they have normally. We will cook in support of 4 group, serving whatever meat or protein is on the diet menu to all 4 of us and so therefore dedicate the kids a number of pasta, potato or rice as well. They will have bread and other food as natural, but they persuade a very healthy low-fat and low-sugar meal too.

200g chicken breast or turkey or chicken or chicken (no skin or various coatings)

Or beef.

+ 3 slices of bread. Or 2 cups flakes

+ Color salad (leaves not limited).

Tuna salad (tuna in water + hard + egg + 2 leafy vegetables + tablespoon pickle Jonas) + 2 slices whole wheat bread.

125 grams white cheese (half a box)

+ Green vegetables (not limited).
